These terms of service govern your use of the website located at https://visiblevet.com and any services provided by The Visible Vet, operated by Lesli Rose ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

The Visible Vet provides veterinary marketing services including but not limited to: search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile optimization, AI search optimization, reputation management, local service ads management, website SEO visibility reports, and marketing consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided before work begins.

Payment Terms

• One-time project fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
• Monthly retainer fees are billed at the beginning of each month and are due within 14 days of invoice.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, visibility reports, and deliverables created by The Visible Vet for your business become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and general strategic approaches in our marketing and portfolio, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

The Visible Vet brand, logo, website content, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to accounts, credentials, and information needed to perform the work
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and that you have the authority to share it
• Maintain ownership and access to your own domain, hosting, and third-party accounts

Results Disclaimer

While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms change, competition varies by market, and results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to transparent reporting and honest assessments of progress.

Limitation of Liability

The Visible Vet's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• We will provide all deliverables completed to date
• Access credentials and accounts will be transferred back to you
• Any prepaid fees for work not yet performed will be refunded on a prorated basis

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
